What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is an opportunity to immerse yourself in an engaging story. You and your team must solve puzzles, decipher clues, and get out of the room before time runs out.
Are the escape room bookings private?
Yes. Only the group you reserve for will play the room at the time selected.
Can I add people to my group after reserving a room?
Yes. Click the “View / change booking” button at the bottom of the confirmation email sent to you. On that page, select the first “Change” button. Then find your booking and click “Book”. Then you can change the number of people and confirm the changes.
Is there an age restriction?
People of all ages are welcome to participate. However, remember that those who are old enough to notice clues and solve problems will have the most fun.
Can I add more people to the group than is allowed in the booking process?
Please contact us and we can discuss whether that would be possible or accommodating.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Click the “View / change booking” button at the bottom of the confirmation email sent to you. On that page, you will see a “Cancel my booking”. You will receive a full refund after doing so.
I want to schedule a game for a time not on the schedule. Is that possible?
